VITA NOVA
Our Story
At Vita Nova Stem Cell Professionals, our mission is to empower the body’s natural ability to support itself by providing advanced, evidence-guided regenerative therapies. We are equally committed to supporting all of our patients. From debilitating orthopedic conditions to neurological disorders, we handle each case through innovative, compassionate care that prioritizes safety, individualized therapy, and meaningful improvement in quality of life.
This mission guides everything we do—from how we structure consultations to how we follow up with patients after therapy. We believe that the power to repair is already inside you, and our role is to support that innate capacity in the most effective, safest, and most transparent way possible.
We are committed to honesty in all patient interactions. We won’t oversell our services or make promises we can’t keep. If we don’t believe regenerative therapy is right for your situation, we’ll tell you directly. Our integrity depends on providing accurate information, even when that information isn’t what patients hope to hear.
Patient Care
Our Patient Care Team
Behind every successful therapy is a dedicated team working together for your well-being. Our patient care team guides you through every step of your journey at Vita Nova—answering questions, explaining procedures, coordinating appointments, and ensuring you feel supported throughout your care.
We believe that compassionate care means more than medical expertise. It means listening to your concerns, respecting your time, and treating you as an individual rather than just another patient. From your first phone call to your follow-up appointments and beyond, you’ll work with team members who genuinely care about your experience and outcomes.
Our team includes skilled medical professionals with experience in regenerative medicine, patient coordinators who help navigate the care process, and support staff committed to making your experience positive.

clinical lead and co-founder of Vita Nova Stem Cell Institute
Kate Sherman, PA-C, is the clinical lead and co-founder of Vita Nova Stem Cell Professionals, bringing more than 15 years of orthopedic experience and over 20 years of total medical expertise to her work in regenerative medicine. A graduate of Le Moyne College’s Physician Assistant program and a former collegiate athlete, Kate understands the intersection of injury, recovery, and performance on a deeply personal level.
Before founding Vita Nova, Kate spent the majority of her career in orthopedics, treating musculoskeletal injuries, joint conditions, and degeneration across a wide range of patients—from everyday individuals to professional athletes. That experience shaped her clinical philosophy: healing works best when it restores both movement and confidence. Her orthopedic background gives her a precise understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and functional recovery, which now translates seamlessly into her regenerative therapy practice.
